Overview

This was a client who was an experienced veteran when it came to websites. Nu –Steel Homes Qld had lofty goals for the site to make it more than just an “online presence”. It evolved into a live phone and interview sales tool, whilst linking in with Salesforce CRM to ensure fantastic capture and handling of leads through the site.

Objectives

  • Create the easiest to use Web site in the new home building sector in Australia.
  • Design the site so that it can be used in real-time with clients, either on the phone or face-to-face in the sales office.
  • Improve the “unique-visitor:enquiry-form-submitted” performance versus the existing site.

Outcomes

  • Outstanding prospect client feedback since launch, with the following excellent site performance results:
    • 15.06 average page views per visit
    • 21.74% bounce rate
    • 7.25 minutes average time on site
  • Site formally adopted by sales time into their sales process as the primary presentation tool to be used during the 2nd prospect client contact; now referred to by Nu-Steel as their “Web Walk Thru” session.
  • 19.4% increase in “unique-visitor:enquiry-form-submitted” performance.
  • Site integrated with their Salesforce CRM, enabling real-time Lead reporting as well as sales and service delivery process/progress transparency.
