Brisbane Advertising Association (BAA)TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN The Brisbane Advertising Association is one of Brisbane's most loved advertising industry associations. It exists to provide networking opportunities for industry members and to make charitable donations to worthwhile causes. BAA holds four lunches each year, the proceeds of which are donated back to charity. BAA is a not-for-profit organisation that is run by 10 industry professionals on a volunteer basis. We approached Bluewire Media to design and build a new website for our organisation as our old site was not as well constructed as we would have liked. Their hosting has been very reliable too, as expected. Expectations have all been met comfortably, which is not always the case. Some people can at times "talk it up". The major benefit for us is we have a continuous reference point for customer information and feedback or for new customers a great insight into what they can expect at our business. This means we are not all the time looking for new strategies to attract new customers and taking our eyes off those loyal relationships we have already. The design and programming team developed a thorough understanding of what we needed and implemented it with an extraordinary eye for detail within timeframes with very little intrusion in the business. The boys were/are flexible and accommodating whenever we changed our minds, yet knowledgeable regarding our requirements. Impressively too they never attempted to oversell site functions and pages to us. The professionalism and reliability that was displayed throughout the entire process was also outstanding. Now that we can just refer customers to the website, it saves us enormous amounts of time, not to mention the business it generates for us.
