I’m running an experiment today because I’ve made a serious internal upgrade that should help the right people. But I want to be sure, and that’s where you might come in.
Background:
I realise that one of the biggest bottlenecks to building a genuine ‘marketing engine’ is the lack of practical, hands-on support for the business owners themselves.
So what I’ve been doing:
This month, I’ve rolled up my sleeves to implement a ‘done-with you’ (DWY) service for my clients — rather than just coaching.
When I road tested this DWY upgrade with a few private clients, they loved it. It eliminated the bottleneck — no more DIY burden — just peace of mind knowing that we’ll get this done together, you and me.
My experiment:
Given the high level of ‘done with you’ (DWY) support this requires, I don’t want to bite off more than I can chew and not be able to deliver.
So I’m going to work with just 6 consultants who want to wake up to a pipeline full of leads & high value clients.
We’ll launch a predictable, repeatable and hands-off marketing engine — in just 16 weeks — with actual ‘done-with-you’ support from me (and my team).
Who it’s for?
Professional services consultants who:
- are the business owners and generate revenue of at least $7k+ per month.
- already work with high-value clients (worth ~$10K+ in annual fees).
- have 10-20 years experience and valuable IP.
- have a strong network of 500+ contacts on LinkedIn or email.
- can commit 3 hours per week to work with me directly to build a hands-off marketing engine.
- are willing to invest in their business.
- are coachable and excited to follow a 120 day game plan.
