AI workshops for professional services firms

A hands-on AI workshop, run with your team, in your firm, on the real work you do every day. Adam guides and teaches. Your people do the work and leave with AI actually set up.

For accountants, financial advisers, lawyers, mortgage brokers, property professionals, medical and veterinary practices, and consulting and M&A firms across Australia.

Why a workshop

Get AI working inside your firm

Most teams have had a play with ChatGPT or Claude and stopped there. They know AI matters. They just haven't found a way to make it work for the actual work in front of them, safely, without cutting corners on client confidentiality or professional standards.

That is what an in-house AI workshop fixes. You bring your team and your real work. Adam Franklin brings 21 years in business and more than 100 workshops, and gets everyone in the room using AI properly by the time you finish. Your people work on your own files, your client comms and your service lines, so they walk out able to keep going on Monday.

It is an AI workshop for professional services teams, run in-house right across Australia, in person or online, and shaped around the exact work your firm does.

This is for firm owners, managing partners and practice managers who want their team trained and set up. If you want Adam to speak at your conference, that is a keynote, and you will find that on adamfranklin.com.au. If you want your own team trained, you are in the right place.

Claude and Claude Cowork

Claude workshops, and getting your firm set up in Claude Cowork

More and more professional services firms are standardising on Claude, for the quality of its writing and the care it takes with confidential work. If that is your firm, Adam runs a Claude workshop that gets your team using Claude well on the real tasks they do every day, from client correspondence to first drafts.

From there, the full day sets your team up in Claude Cowork, so your prompts, your files and the workflows your firm runs each week live in one place your people can come back to. Your team leaves with Claude Cowork already working on your own service lines, set up and ready to keep using on Monday.

If your firm prefers ChatGPT, Copilot or another tool, the workshop runs there too. The skill your team builds carries across whichever AI your firm settles on, so you are investing in your people and keeping your options open.

The two formats

Half-day or full-day, run at your office or online

Both formats are hands-on and built around your firm. The difference is how far you go on the day.

What your team walks away with

Real capability your team keeps using

Everyone using AI on real work. Every person in the room using AI confidently on the tasks they actually do, from client comms to research to first drafts.

Prompts and workflows for your service lines. Built around how your firm really operates, so they get used the next day.

A plain-English AI policy. Clear lines on client confidentiality and professional conduct, so the team knows what is safe to put into AI and what is not.

A clear sense of when to trust an AI answer. And when to check it. This is where your team's expertise stays firmly in charge.

A 90-day plan. The few things to do next so the workshop turns into a habit the whole team keeps.

Time back, quickly. Work that used to take hours starting to take minutes, done by the team without everything routing through the partners.

How this differs from a keynote

A keynote inspires a room. A workshop trains your team.

Adam does both, and they are different jobs. Here is how to pick the right one.

A keynote · adamfranklin.com.au

Adam on stage

  • Booked by an event organiser or conference
  • One speaker, a whole room, an hour or so
  • Sets direction and gets people excited about AI
  • People leave inspired and clear on where AI is going

A workshop · you are here

Your team, hands on keyboards

  • Booked by a firm for its own team
  • Small enough that everyone stays hands-on
  • Works on your real files, tools and service lines
  • The team leaves with AI set up and a plan to keep going

Common questions

AI workshop FAQ

What is covered in the AI workshop?

The workshop covers how to use AI well on the real work your team does, whether that is drafting, summarising, research or client communication. Adam starts with the foundations in plain English, then your people practise on your own tasks and files. You also set up simple guardrails for safe use, so client confidentiality and professional standards are protected from the start. The full-day format goes further and builds AI around your firm's actual workflows, with a starter prompt library, a written AI policy and a 90-day plan.

Do you run Claude workshops and Claude Cowork training?

Yes. Many professional services firms now run on Claude for the quality of its writing and its care with confidential work, so Adam runs Claude workshops that get your team using Claude well on real tasks. On the full day Adam sets your team up in Claude Cowork, so your prompts and the workflows your firm runs each week have one home your team keeps coming back to. If your firm uses ChatGPT or another tool, the workshop works there too, because the skill your team builds carries across whichever AI you choose.

What is the difference between the half-day and full-day format?

The half-day workshop runs for about three hours and gets your whole team confident using AI on real tasks, with a set of guardrails to keep it safe. It is a strong first step. The full-day format, "AI in a Day", includes everything in the half-day and then adds time to build. Your team leaves having set up their own AI Business Brain, with AI Guardrails and a plain-English AI Policy written down, a prompt library for your service lines and a plan for the next 90 days. The half-day gets the team confident. The full day builds on that, so you leave set up to keep going.

How many people can attend?

The workshop works best when the group is small enough that everyone stays hands-on, so no one is watching from the back. That suits most small to mid-sized firms and single teams comfortably. Larger firms are welcome, and for a bigger group we will talk through the best way to run it, whether that is one larger session or a couple of focused ones, so the room stays practical and everyone stays hands-on.

Is this suitable for non-technical teams?

Yes. The workshop is built for professionals, and Adam teaches AI in plain English, the way you would explain it to a smart colleague who has been too busy to dig in. Everyone in the room, from the newest team member to the managing partner, works at their own pace on real tasks. If your team can use email and a word processor, they can do this.

Can the workshop be tailored to our industry?

Tailoring is the point. Before the day, Adam learns how your firm works and what your team spends its time on, then shapes the workshop around your service lines and your real tasks. An AI workshop for accountants looks different from one for lawyers, vets or mortgage brokers, because the work is different. Your people practise on examples from your world, so what they learn transfers straight into the business.

Do you run in-house workshops or only public events?

These are in-house workshops, run for your firm and your team, at your office or online. That is different from the public AI programs and events Adam is also involved in. An in-house workshop means the whole session is about your business, your tools and your work, and everything stays inside your team.

How do we book, and what does it cost?

Get in touch and tell us a little about your firm, your team size, whether you are leaning towards a half-day or full-day, and rough timing. Pricing depends on the format, the size of your team, how much tailoring you want and any travel, so Adam will give you a clear quote once he understands what you need. The best next step is a short conversation to work out the right fit.

Some firms want to keep going after the workshop. If that is you, Adam runs a longer AI advisory partnership called Leverage Yourself, and you can talk about it when the timing is right. The workshop stands on its own though. There is no obligation to do anything more.
