As you probably know Bluewire Media started as a digital agency 12 years ago, and I’ve been a marketing consultant over that period. We learnt a huge amount in that first decade. It’s nice to be asked questions and to be able to help by sharing our experiences.
In recent years, pretty much since our book came out in 2014, Bluewire transitioned from being an agency to being an education & training company. We haven’t actually done “agency work” in 3 years. Instead we prefer to share what we’ve learnt and help others to it. Rather than “compete” with agencies and consultants, we now “help and collaborate” with them.
It works well because Toby and I each get to do what energises us. I love the teaching & marketing side of the business and Toby loves the coaching part. Anyway, I know there are many marketing consultants, agency owners & CMOs who read the Bluewire News. I also know from my conversations with you, that we have plenty of IP that is valuable to consultants, agency owners & CMOs.
In fact for many years we were ISO9001 Quality Assured which meant that our documents, systems, processes and checklists were independently audited to prove we met the highest standards. We invested a lot of time and money in this and it was very valuable to us. I suspect it could be valuable to you too.
