Here are the latest highlights from the Facebook group.

Ask Adam Anything #1: How often shall I post on LinkedIn? I see you are not posting daily.

Answer: Correct. I post about once a week.

The reason for this is:
1. Posts on LinkedIn have a pretty long shelf life of around 4-7 days where they’re still getting likes and comments.
2. I use the days in between posting new content to interact publicly and privately with people who’ve engaged with the post!

Ask Adam Anything #2: From Umama who’s a student in my LinkedIn course.

“I made a giveaway post a few hours back. It has received 3 reshares and 10 out of 11 reactions are from 2nd and 3rd-degree network. Shall I go back and connect with all of them?”

My answer:
Absolutely. Send a connection request to these 2nd/3rd degree people with a note that says something like:”Thanks for dropping by my post and liking it. Id love to connect.” Hope that helps.
